We are excited to release our first Women’s Health issue! When announcing this topic last year, we weren’t certain how this less-than-glamorous subject would be perceived. We quickly realized that living healthy is such an important issue because it impacts all of us in various ways—from the lifestyle we lead with our spouses, children, friends, and colleagues—to the mental, emotional, and physical outcomes we face as a result of the health choices we make, and life circumstances out of our control.

Trap doors and many hats

I remember when I was in my late twenties, working at a large financial services company, making a competitive wage and basically enjoying my job, it occurred to me, that if I stayed put, I ran the risk of being "trapped."
Or so I thought.
Red Carpet Glamour at the Oscars
Posted by Dyan Monday at 6:57 PM
At last night’s Oscars, the red carpet sparkled to say the least. There were some duds, but for the most part, the red carpet was rife with wows. Here are a few of my personal favorite red carpet looks.

In my previous post, I spoke about SPAM in some generalities. I also have been contemplating the use or rather the misuse of other businesses names for nefarious purposes.
What's Your Fantasy?

So SPAM sometimes is just junk, it makes no sense, it is just some BOT firing off emails for sport, or some such. It may or may not have links in it.
#1 Relationship Rule, Don't Loose Yourself
Posted by Maureen Thursday at 9:16 PM
Today I had a very interesting conversation with one of my good childhood friends about men. Oh, men! A gift to the female sex? I've decided to stick with the mentality of You Can't Live With Em', Can't Live Without Em'.
I hate to admit it but each of us are equally guilty of losing ourselves in our relationships, so much, that we've let our own friendship suffer! Something that is very, very unnecessary.
A Picture Is Worth...

There’s something about a photograph that speaks to the soul. When I look at pictures, I see works of art that remind me how beautiful life is all around us. Maybe it’s the colors, or maybe it’s the fact that something caught in action can stand so still. Either way, a beautiful photograph can make time stand still.
Values and Mission

I was at my local Whole Foods the other day. After shopping, I took a break in the cafe eating area and while I have noticed the large signs before, I really paid attention this time. On the left side Whole foods outlines their values and then on the write they illustrate the application of those values in a concrete way. It is stack holder focused, customer focused and employee focused.
